We are transferring cBTC accounts to Bit accounts

Due to the increasing price of Bitcoin and lack of accuracy on our cBTC-accounts, we have decided to transfer cBTC accounts to Bit-accounts. The latter will provide our clients with a higher level of precision. During the coming weekend (9-10th December), our IT department will automatically transfer our clients’ funds, free of charge, and any open trades they may have from their cBTC-accounts to newly opened Bit-accounts. We will send the login credentials for the new accounts to our clients’ email. We strongly encourage our clients to do this process themselves. The process is straightforward and can be done from with the Backoffice. This is especially true for any clients operating robots or a VPS service on their accounts. We remind you that 1 cBTC equals 10,000 Bits. An account balance of 50 cBTC, for example, is equivalent to a balance of 500,000 Bits and will be transferred at that rate.
